Locum Specialty Psychiatrist Doctor in CAMHS

Here at Staff Partners Mental Health, we have an exciting opportunity for Specialty Psychiatrist Doctor in CAMHS to work within an NHS Hospital in Winchester, Hampshire.

Job Description:
This role is a full-time Locum position based in Winchester. You will be working in an CAMHS Inpatient for patients with mental illness.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead an MDT of Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, OT and Specialty Dr’s
• Active role in service and development activities
• Participate in Governance and Service Line meetings
• Taking clinical responsibility for patients
• Fulfilling the role of Responsible Clinician
• Supervising the process of referrals and admissions
• Take part in medical related audits 

Job Requirements:

• GMC Full Registration
• Section 12 Approval (Mandatory)
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team within an NHS or similar healthcare setting
• Strong clinical decision-making and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
