Here at Staff Partners Mental Health, we have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Registered Learning Disability for an established private hospital based in West Sussex.
Job Description:
This role is a full-time permanent position.
Hospital has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our Team; in September 2023 we opened a third ward which is a 10 bedded male adult PICU.Experience:
Minimum 6-12 months post registration experience within Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing with evidence of continued professional development in relevant field.Job Profile:
- Deliver high quality, service users focussed care
- Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
- Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
- Registered nurse with active NMC PIN
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
