You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team delivering therapeutic interventions that truly change lives. The school supports children with developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs, providing you with rich clinical exposure in a highly collaborative environment.
Your Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:- Conduct clinical assessments and deliver individualised OT interventions
- Work closely with educators and residential staff to create therapeutic environments
- Provide consultation, training and workshops to school teams
- Collaborate with a broad MDT including Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Creative Therapists
- Be involved in shaping therapeutic practices within the school and care teams
Who We're Looking For:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Skilled in working with children and young people with complex needs
- Confident in delivering training and supporting therapeutic environments
- Organised, reflective, and proactive in clinical practice
- Committed to continuous learning and inclusive, child-centred care
