Speech & Language Therapist – Empowering Young Voices
Rugby, Warwickshire
Full-Time | Permanent
£36,507 – £44,103 (incl. paid school holidays) + exceptional benefits

Ready to use your skills to help shape brighter futures?
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join a specialist education setting that supports children and young people with a range of complex needs - including developmental trauma, autism, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
This is a place where clinicians are truly embedded and valued within a joined-up support model, where the impact of therapeutic intervention is celebrated at every level. If you’re committed to making a lasting difference, this role offers a unique platform to thrive.

Why This Role?
The setting has a proven track record of transformational change. Families, carers, and professionals consistently praise the outstanding approach to care and education, underpinned by the ethos of "high expectations and aspirations for every child."
You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver personalised interventions, create therapeutic learning environments, and support young people in building meaningful communication skills and confidence.

Your Role:

  • As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will:
  • Deliver tailored, evidence-based therapy to children and young people with diverse and complex communication needs
  • Support learners who use AAC, have speech sound difficulties, or experience developmental language disorders
  • Provide therapeutic input through assessment, care planning, and direct/indirect intervention
  • Lead on consultation, staff training, and reflective practice sessions
  • Work closely with teaching, care, and clinical colleagues
  • Engage in CPD and contribute to service development

What You’ll Need?

  • HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEN, SEMH, or neurodevelopmental diagnoses
  • Skills in delivering both individual and group therapy
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to multi-agency working
  • Strong organisational skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • Passionate about inclusive communication and long-term impact

What’s In It For You?

  • Full paid school holidays, including bank holidays
  • Leading clinical training and development programme
  • Comprehensive induction and supervision
  • Medical cover (claim back dental, optician & more)
  • High-street discounts and wellbeing tools
  • Flexible benefits package (e.g., life insurance)
  • A supportive, forward-thinking team in a purpose-built setting
  • £1,000 refer-a-friend bonus for successful hires

Make a Real Difference:
This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to use your skills in an environment where your input is valued and your expertise shapes futures. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a highly skilled clinical team and a setting committed to therapeutic excellence.
