We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join a specialist education setting that supports children and young people with a range of complex needs - including developmental trauma, autism, and neurodevelopmental conditions.

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver personalised interventions, create therapeutic learning environments, and support young people in building meaningful communication skills and confidence.Your Role:
- As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will:
- Deliver tailored, evidence-based therapy to children and young people with diverse and complex communication needs
- Support learners who use AAC, have speech sound difficulties, or experience developmental language disorders
- Provide therapeutic input through assessment, care planning, and direct/indirect intervention
- Lead on consultation, staff training, and reflective practice sessions
- Work closely with teaching, care, and clinical colleagues
- Engage in CPD and contribute to service development
What You’ll Need?
- HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist
- Experience working with children and young people with SEN, SEMH, or neurodevelopmental diagnoses
- Skills in delivering both individual and group therapy
- A collaborative, proactive approach to multi-agency working
- Strong organisational skills and a solution-focused mindset
- Passionate about inclusive communication and long-term impact
