At Staff Partners, we’re hiring an experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team in Sutton, Surrey. You’ll be joining a highly specialised environment that supports children and young people with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory needs and associated behavioural challenges.

- Work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to assess, plan and deliver speech and language therapy interventions
- Provide consultation, guidance and training to educational and care staff
- Conduct individualised assessments and create personalised communication plans
- Build strong rapport with learners to support long-term developmental outcomes
- Help shape inclusive, therapeutic living and learning environments for children with complex needs
What You’ll Need:
- HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist
- Experience delivering interventions for children with autism, SEMH and other neurodevelopmental needs
- Ability to guide and train staff around communication strategies
- Highly organised with initiative and a passion for positive change
- Commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based practice
