Location: Windsor, West Berkshire
Salary: £41,983 – £49,717 (including paid school holidays)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

This setting, recently rated Good by Ofsted, offers both primary and secondary education to young people with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Your Role:
As part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary clinical team, you’ll:

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based speech and language therapy
• Support the development of therapeutic learning environments
• Provide staff consultation, training, and joint planning
• Offer specialist assessment and contribute to EHCP processes
• Create strategies that empower children and staff alike
• Be a central part of a collaborative and inclusive care model 

What You Bring:

• HCPC registration as a qualified Speech & Language Therapist
• Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs
• Confidence in delivering therapy and advising multi-agency teams
• A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative approach
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills
