Senior CBT Therapist – Full-Time (Permanent)

About the Role:
We are currently working with a respected mental health service in North London that is looking to recruit a Senior CBT Therapist for a full-time, permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals experiencing complex and severe mental health difficulties.

As a Senior CBT Therapist, you will deliver structured CBT interventions and take a lead in supervising junior staff while contributing to service improvement and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver CBT-based interventions for a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD
•Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
•Supervise and mentor junior therapists and trainees
•Participate in service development, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
•Provide training and consultation to wider healthcare teams on CBT principles and practices

Essential Requirements:
•Full BABCP accreditation is required
•Recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
•Extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health conditions
•Supervisory or mentorship experience within clinical settings
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development
