???? 22.5 hours per week (hours negotiable)

Staff Partners – Mental Health is working in partnership with a well-established private hospital in Dewsbury, supporting the recruitment of a Registered Psychologist to join their specialist services. The role sits across their rehabilitation and recovery ward and neurocognitive/dementia service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified psychologist passionate about long-term recovery and therapeutic care within a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

???? Role Overview:
• Deliver individual and group-based therapy in line with patients’ needs and therapy plans
• Provide assessments, develop personalised treatment programmes, and contribute to discharge planning
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in MDT meetings
• Manage a small caseload and work closely with patients experiencing enduring mental health challenges, dementia, and neurocognitive conditions
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues to ensure high-quality, person-centred care

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• A relevant Master’s degree or doctorate in Psychology
• HCPC registration (or eligible)
• Accreditation with BABCP, BCP, BPS, or a relevant professional body
• Prior experience in a similar inpatient or specialist setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for recovery-focused care
