???? Location: Private Mental Health Hospital, North Yorkshire
???? Full-time | 37.5 hours per weekAre you an experienced Psychologist looking for your next career step? We’re currently supporting a private mental health hospital in North Yorkshire in recruiting a Principal Psychologist for their 12-bed medium secure female service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established, multidisciplinary team focused on supporting recovery through personalised, evidence-based care.???? About the Role
As a Principal Psychologist, you’ll play a key role in delivering and shaping psychological care. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Conducting structured risk assessments
✅ Delivering one-to-one and group therapeutic interventions
✅ Implementing specialist psychological therapies in line with NICE guidance, including:
• CBT
• DBT
• RO-DBT
• CAT
• CFT
• EMDR
✅ Supporting clinical teams across the service
✅ Supervising and mentoring junior psychologists and trainees???? What We’re Looking For
✔ Skilled in CBT and at least two additional therapy models
✔ Experience working with complex mental health needs
✔ Trained in clinical supervision
