???? Permanent Position???? About the Role:
You'll work across Chelmer Ward and The Lodge, delivering tailored, person-centred care for individuals facing challenges such as psychosis, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, and trauma.
Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team including experienced psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and therapists – all focused on one mission: supporting every patient on their unique path to recovery.???? Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ physical, mental & emotional needs
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans
- Design purposeful activities that promote independence and recovery
- Collaborate with families and professionals to maximise patient outcomes
- Recommend and train on adaptive equipment
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions accordingly
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registered/licensed with relevant UK professional body
- Ideally, experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
- Empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a passion for improving lives
