Bristol | Private Outpatient Service | ⏰ 22.5 hours/week | Permanent
Looking for your next therapy role in a supportive and rewarding environment?
We’re partnering with a leading private mental health service in Bristol to find a passionate and experienced CBT Therapist to join their outpatient therapy team.
This is a part-time opportunity (22.5 hours/week) working with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges – from anxiety and depression to trauma-related concerns. You’ll be based in a beautiful, historic building just minutes from the city centre, with free on-site parking and excellent clinical support.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing structured CBT therapy to private outpatients
Completing assessments, developing formulations, and delivering treatment plans
Working independently while being part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team
Attending monthly clinical supervision and maintaining accurate documentation
Supporting individuals on their recovery journey with dignity and care
What we’re looking for:
BABCP accredited CBT Therapist (or working towards accreditation)
Qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or equivalent mental health professional
Experience delivering CBT in a clinical setting
A positive, patient-focused attitude
Confident in handling varied caseloads and maintaining strong clinical standards
