Location: Chelmsford (Private Hospital)
Full-Time or Part-Time (Including Saturday Mornings: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Who are we looking for?

A qualified and compassionate CBT or Integrative Therapist ready to support adult day patients through individual and group therapy sessions. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, if you bring empathy, resilience, and professionalism — we want to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

  • Facilitating both 1:1 and group therapy sessions

  • Using CBT and integrative techniques tailored to each patient's needs

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans

  • Supporting adults dealing with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and more

  • Tracking outcomes and adjusting therapy approaches where needed

 What do you need to bring?

  • Recognised CBT or Integrative Therapy qualification

  • Active membership with BABCP or BACP

  • Previous experience in acute or day patient mental health settings (preferred)

  • Confidence in handling individual and group caseloads

  • A team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for mental health
