New Opportunity: Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (Part-Time)

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the mental health field?

A well-established private mental health hospital in Woking is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join their experienced therapy team. This part-time role (22.5 hours/week) offers a chance to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment providing inpatient and outpatient care.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of the clinical team, you’ll:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.

  • Carry out comprehensive psychological assessments and contribute to patient care plans.

  • Support recovery journeys for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other conditions.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and nursing staff to ensure the best possible care.

What We’re Looking For:

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • HCPC registered as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist.

  • Skilled in therapy delivery (CBT, integrative, trauma-informed, etc.).

  • Experienced in working with adult mental health clients in clinical or counselling settings.

  • A great communicator, confident in both one-to-one and team environments.

  • Passionate about delivering person-centred care with empathy and professionalism.
