Part-Time | 22.5 Hours per Week
Salary: £46,950 per annum (pro rata)The Opportunity
We are working with a highly regarded private mental health hospital in Roehampton, currently seeking an experienced Consultant Psychologist to join their clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a respected facility that provides high-quality inpatient and outpatient treatment for a wide range of mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities
As Consultant Psychologist, you will play a senior clinical role in shaping care delivery and supporting psychological wellbeing across the service. You will:
Lead psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention planning for complex cases
Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
Supervise junior psychologists, therapists, and MDT colleagues
Support service development, including policies and clinical governance
Contribute to audits, training, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
We’re looking for a compassionate, highly skilled, and confident clinical leader who brings:
A Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (or equivalent)
HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
Proven experience in complex mental health settings, ideally within both inpatient and outpatient environments
Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills
A passion for service development and continuous improvement
