Location: Roehampton, Greater London
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Workplace Type: Onsite (Face-to-face role, 3–4 days/week)

About the Role
Full-time position based at a private hospital in Roehampton
Specialising in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions, and eating disorders
Part of a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, psychologists, and nurses
Focus on delivering Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to adults with complex mental health needs
Opportunity to lead and further develop the DBT service within the hospital
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver a specialist DBT service with program fidelity
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
Monitor client progress using outcome measures
Liaise with primary therapists and clinical staff to support continuous service improvement
Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical guidance to team members
Ensure effective care planning and implementation for all assigned clients
Contribute to audit, research, and service development initiatives
Essential Requirements
PGDip in DBT (British Isles DBT training) or at minimum, intensive DBT training
EMDR trained (essential)
Professional background as a CBT Therapist or Integrative Therapist
Experience in leadership or service development within a DBT framework
Accreditation or eligibility for accreditation with a recognised body (e.g., BABCP)
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
