About the Role
Opportunity to join a private hospital based in the heart of Oxford
Provide rapid access outpatient care for a wide range of mental health conditions
Support includes treatment for depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, addictions, and neurodevelopmental conditions
Services include online CBT and a dedicated CAMHS program
Hours are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process
Key Responsibilities
Deliver EMDR assessment, formulation, and therapy to outpatient clients
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and nurses
Communicate assessment and treatment plans clearly and sensitively to clients
Collaborate with other professionals to support holistic patient care
Undertake risk assessments and implement appropriate risk management strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Requirements:
Accredited by BACP or BABCP
Registered with the EMDR Association
Experience working in outpatient mental health settings preferred
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated resilience and ability to work independently and within a team
