Pay: £300 per-assessmentAbout the Role
We are seeking dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our Independent Clinical Network in Cheltenham. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality ADHD and Autism assessments for children and young people aged 5–18, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
As part of this role, you will:
Conduct developmental histories to support Autism and ADHD assessments.
Observe and engage with children and young people in an age-appropriate and compassionate manner.
Review ADOS reports, developmental history, and collateral information from home and school.
Formulate diagnoses, provide feedback to families, and signpost to appropriate support services.
Work collaboratively with an MDT when required.
Produce detailed diagnostic reports within 48 hours (full admin support provided).
Deliver up to four face-to-face appointments per day in clinic.
What We’re Looking For
GMC-registered doctor with a valid license to practice.
CCT in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred (not essential).
Expertise in ASD and/or ADHD assessments for children and adolescents.
Up-to-date appraisal, revalidation, and indemnity insurance.
