Locum Associate Specialist Psychiatrist – Adult Inpatient (Crawley Area)

Staff Partners Mental Health are seeking an experienced Locum Associate Specialist Psychiatrist to join an Adult Inpatient Service at an NHS Hospital in the Crawley area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality psychiatric care to adult inpatients.

Pay Rate: £70 – £90 per hour (PAYE)
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Setting: NHS – Adult Inpatient

Role Responsibilities:

• Conducting psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and management of adult inpatients

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, psychologists, and therapists

• Developing and implementing patient care plans

• Supporting service development and contributing to clinical governance

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration and licence to practise

• Section 12 approval desirable

• Previous NHS experience in Adult Psychiatry

• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
