Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Locum Opportunities
Woking, SurreyStaff Partners are currently looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
We are supporting a number of private clients in the Woking, Surrey area, covering all aspects of mental health. At Staff Partners, we have nationwide contracts with some of the largest and most highly regarded private institutions in the country. Because of this, we are looking for enthusiastic RMNs to begin picking up work as soon as possible.
Both ad hoc work and block bookings are available, and we are keen to find the best fit for you. We have a quick, easy, and free compliance process, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Please note:
- You must hold a valid NMC pin (Nursing & Midwifery Council registered)
- You must have a valid PMVA certificate completed within the last 12 months
- You must have at least 12 months+ UK experience working in clinical hospital mental health settings
- You must be happy to be paid via PAYE (this is a PAYE-only agency locum role)
- You must live locally to the Woking area
- Applications that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered
Main Duties:
- Provide care to individuals with mental health conditions
- Understand each individual’s specific needs and provide support in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare concerns as required
- Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of patients
You will have:
- RMN qualified status
- NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) registration
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
- A patient-centred approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility and a strong “can do” attitude
