- Description
- Staff Partners are currently looking for Support Workers and Health Care Assistants, with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
We are currently working with a private healthcare provider who have a 12 bed specialist residential service that provide outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities. The service users may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. The site is a purpose built home, that consists of six living areas configured to meet the needs of the residents in single occupancy, or two or three bed apartments for men and women.
I have been informed the role could be a minimum of 2 months for the right candidate. Alternatively we can offer as many adhoc shift as you would like.
Main Duties:- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
