Here at Staff Partners Mental Health, we have an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry to work within an established private hospital in Essex.
 
Job Description:
This role is a full time permanent post. The hospital is a 48 bed Acute psychiatric hospital, they are looking for a Specialty Dr to work within the Adult Eating Disorders unit. There is no oncall committment.

Key responsibilities:
Provide high quality treatment under the supervision of a Consultant
Weekly ward rounds and MDT meetings
Participate in Governance and Service Line meetings
Audit medical services and ensure compliance with professional guidelines
Assess referrals and mental examinations of patients
 
Job Requirements:
  • GMC with a licence to practise
  • Recent experience in Eating Disorders (Desirable)
  • Section 12 approval (Desirable)
  • MRCPsych (Desirable)
  • MBSS qualification
