- Staff Partners Mental Health are recruiting for Mental Health Support Workers with experience of working within the NHS or private healthcare to work with a large Private Mental Health provider in Leek, Staffordshire area.
Our Client requires confident and experienced Mental health Support Workers to provide Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) with Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) within 13 bed mental health rehabilitation hospital that provides services for women with complex mental health needs.
The women you will be supporting often have complex mental health and co-morbid conditions including:- Mental-ill Health
- Learning Disability
- Personality Disorder – not necessarily formally diagnosed
- Substance misuse
Roles and Responsibilities:- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our clients care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
- £10.50 to £18.00 per hour salary
- Weekly Pay
- As many shifts as you would like - working around you and your schedule
