Staff Partners are looking for a Support worker/HCA’s based in Mattishall Dereham with experience in supporting patients with learning disability. Looking for an individual with a focus in supporting patients who may have challenging behaviour and associated complex needs.
Looking for an individual who encourages patients to take control and have belief in their potential. Passionate in supporting patients with their pathways through residential to community living and delivering measurable results for both local authorities and the people who use our services.
An opportunity to work in two bungalows, each assisting up to 6 people 5 miles west of Norwich city centre and five miles from Dereham.
Experience
-Experience in supporting individuals with a diagnosis of learning disability accompanied with challenging behaviours.
-Supporting patients with associated complex needs.
-A passionate individual with an aim of supporting to reduce challenging behaviour, optimising functional skills.
-Knowledge of patient-centred care.
