Staff Partners are looking for a Support worker/HCA’s based in Ipswich. Looking for an experienced support worker to support challenging behaviour and associated complex needs.
Someone able to assist individuals who have autism and mental or physical health needs. At least 6months experience in Learning disability and can support those associated with complex needs.
Support worker will be assisting an 8 bed residential situated in the village of Westerfield, 2.2 miles from Ipswich.
Experience
-Experience in supporting individuals with a diagnosis of learning disability accompanied with challenging behaviours.
-Supporting patients with associated complex needs.
-A passionate individual with an aim of supporting to reduce challenging behaviour, optimising functional skills.
- Assisting patients with autism
-Knowledge of patient-centred care.
