Are you a Support Worker experienced within Mental Health? Do you have experience supporting adults with challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs? We are currently looking for confident and adaptable individuals to support our team of support workers and nurses.
We are currently assisting a site which supports six individuals living with a range of diagnosis and levels of learning disabilities. They provide a safe and homely environment, where all individuals can make their own choices about the support they receive.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our clients care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
What can we offer you?
- £10.65 to £15 per hour salary
