Description

Staff Partners are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist due to the expansion of a Therapy team in response to the growing complexity of pupil needs. This role presents an exciting opportunity to spearhead the school-wide Speech Language and Communication strategy and collaborate within our diverse Therapy Team.

As the Lead Speech Language Therapist, you will offer expertise, guidance, and intervention across a diverse caseload, operating both independently and within the educational setting throughout the academy. Moreover, you will oversee the management of staff within the Speech and Language Team, facilitate accredited communication training, and partner with leaders to integrate curriculum-enabled approaches to Speech and Language.
