Description

Locum Old Age Consultant required to cover South Gwynedd Dwyfor (Meirionnydd) working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Working with the Community Mental Health Team.
This doctor will be responsible for Old Age Services covering GP surgeries in the South Gwynedd area.
The post will provide CPA reviews and ward rounds for inpatients from the catchment area, outpatient clinics and medical input to the memory service. Will deal with organic referrals from within the catchment also.
Expected to comply with the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010 and undertake responsibilities if approved under the MHA (1983) as a Section 12(2) approved doctor.
