Here at Staff Partners Mental Health, we have an exciting opportunity for a Locum Community Consultant Psychiatrist in CAMHS to work within an NHS service in Lancashire.
Job Description:
This role is a full-time Locum position based in Lancashire. Your role includes managing community CAMHS case load. Supporting MDT. Very supportive team in place. Some possibility of remote working to be negotiated. Specialist Registration preferred. own Transport essential.Key responsibilities:
- Lead an MDT of Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, OT and Specialty Dr’s
- Active role in service and development activities
- Participate in Governance and Service Line meetings
- Taking clinical responsibility for patients
- Fulfilling the role of Responsible Clinician
- Supervising the process of referrals and admissions
- Take part in medical related audits.
Job Requirements:
- GMC with a licence to practise
- Approved Clinician status
- Section 12 approval
- MBSS qualification
