Clinical Therapy Lead

An exciting opportunity for a clinical lead with a private service. 

As the Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our therapy team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

Offering clinical leadership to our therapy team.
Collaborating with the service Manager to develop and enhance our services.
Ideally, you will be an experienced accredited therapist who is trained in CBT and has experience in clinical management and leadership.

You’ll join a dedicated therapy team known for delivering the highest quality care in both 1:1 and group settings. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists. A typical day will involve a diverse mix of individual sessions, assessments, clinical support to the team, exploring new pathways, and being a member of the 7 services ‘clinical lead’ network, supported by our Therapy Director; for cross site working, clinical support and team work.

We provide comprehensive training on our systems and policies to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed in your role. Candidates must hold accreditation and have prior experience in outpatient mental health services. Ideally, you will be comfortable working with both Young People and Adults.
