Reporting to the Therapy Services Manager, you will provide day-to-day management and leadership of the CAMHs outpatient therapy service.
We are looking for a fully accredited BABCP/ BACP/ UKCP or HCPC Therapist to lead and support the therapy staff within the private outpatient service.
The successful candidate will be available to support the TSM with specialist projects as the site requires
This is a permanent position for which the successful candidate will have at least 2 years post qualification experience of working with a range of adult mental health issues.
The role will involve the facilitation of specialist individual sessions, and the completion of assessments and treatment plans for a range of patients.
The successful candidate will also be required to complete 40-50% of their contracted hours as clinical hours.
Our service is based on a strong, friendly multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on supporting our staff through regular supervision, staff support groups, and annual appraisals. Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.
