CBT Therapist

We are looking for an accredited CBT Therapist or Integrative Psychotherapist to support the delivery of our acute mental health inpatient and outpatient group therapy programmes and to deliver individual therapy to both outpatients and inpatients admitted to this service. The service specialises in providing care for patients with acute mental health conditions, addiction issues - both drug and alcohol, and also has a specialist Eating Disorders unit. 

This is a permanent part-time position for which the successful candidate will have at least three years post qualification experience of working with a range of adult mental health issues.

The role will involve the facilitation of specialist psycho-educational and relapse prevention therapy groups, individual sessions, and the completion of assessments and treatment plans for a range of patients.

There will also be the opportunity for the successful candidate to work with children and young people on an outpatient basis and previous experience of delivering therapy to this age group would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to complete 60% of their contracted hours as clinical hours.

This role provides successful candidates with the opportunity to work on weekdays, evenings, or weekends, depending on their availability.

Full BACP, BABCP or UKCP accreditation is required for this role.
