Salary: £45,000 per annumStaff Partners – Mental Health Division are recruiting for a Registered Manager (RMN) to lead a brand-new, purpose-built 26-bed nurse-led residential service in Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead a pioneering model of care, ensuring high-quality outcomes for residents while managing a sustainable and compliant service.
???? About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational, clinical, and financial management of the service. You will lead a compassionate team, ensuring person-centred care, promoting independence, and supporting the recovery of residents with enduring mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all colleagues to provide excellent standards of support and positive outcomes for residents
Promote a safeguarding and learning culture, ensuring openness, honesty, and transparency
Embed the principles of positive care culture and ensure they are reflected in daily practice
Ensure all support plans are person-centred, regularly reviewed, and updated
Maintain a financially sustainable service through cost control, budgeting, occupancy monitoring, and effective use of resources
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, health and safety requirements, and company policies and procedures
Foster a supportive, professional, and development-focused environment for all staff
✅ Requirements
Registered with the NMC (Registered Mental Nurse)
Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or working towards it
Strong leadership, management, and organisational skills
Resilient, compassionate, and able to support staff and residents through dynamic and challenging situations
Commitment to delivering person-centred, recovery-focused care
